Hello! Trainer Sara here! I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 3 years and I’m also a massage therapist. I’ve played many different sports throught my life and excelled in soccer. I started training in the gym with my mom and I loved how this movement made me feel!
I am extremely passionate about helping individuals reach their fitness goals by addressing every angle. From mindset shifts, habit changes, holistic approaches, physical exertion and massage therapy. I will help you navigate how to make your goals an obtainable lifestyle. I am a trainer with a functional bodybuilding blend. I've been told my combination of massage and functional strength training feels like physical therapy.
I've helped clients in chronic pain, clients who've suffered with limited range of motion, previous problem areas and those who just want to look and feel good again. My wide background of sports and personal studies help me bring a variety of tactics to my training programs, making it fun and effective, while guiding clients to their personal fitness goals.

For me, coaching others to achieve their fitness and well-being is a personal and professional passion. My enjoyment of movement began at a young age and has continued into my adult life.
I’ve played many different sports and activities; some include mixed martial arts,Olympic weightlifting, baseball, soccer, football and surfing. As I got older, I realized that my love of sports was really just my enjoyment of movement itself. I began to practice natural human movements in the gym and outside in nature. This gave me the freedom to move however I wanted without the limitations of sport.
Improving one’s fitness and well-being through movement is a lifelong pursuit that should be dynamic, effective, and fun. It is a pleasure to work with my clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
I am proud to be a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I am also certified as an Exercise Coach and Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the C.H.E.K. Institute.
I utilize many different modalities, including but not limited to, boxing, power lifting, working “in” instead of “out”, corrective exercises, etc.. It really depends on the clients needs.
In my free time, I like to be outside in nature, hiking with my wife and two young children, our dog and/or close friends. Wether it’s the mountains, the ocean or the desert, I enjoy exploring all of San Diego county.

Jenn Richardson has been teaching yoga in the San Diego area for nearly 20 years. Her focus has always been community development.
Her movement methodology honors the co creation of safe spaces and a movement practice that is somatic, functional and sustainable. She is a 500 hour certified, advanced yoga teacher, massage therapist and embodiment coach.
Jenn is also the creator of MYA (Mixed Yoga Arts), a dynamic mix of Yoga, Martial Arts, Tai Chi, Breath Work and so much more!

Kimiko Nicole began her practice of yoga and martial arts and studies of eastern philosophy, Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese medicine in her early childhood. For decades, she has fervently continued her studies and has since become a dedicate yoga instructor, PhD candidate, and academic researcher. A life-long learner, Kimiko Nicole's own daily practice includes a commitment to sharing the teachings of yoga and martial arts not only in the studio or classroom but in all facets of daily life.
