HOW TO USE A FOAM ROLLER PROPERLY?
Pick the tender or sore area on your body, or perhaps, pick a body area where you feel the muscles are tight. Roll slowly for 30 seconds minimum along this area with the roller.
Mild discomfort is normal.
You may even add more pressure in specific spots to get that tension to release.
